Wenn starke Oberbauchbeschwerden, eine Lebervergrößerung oder Anzeichen einer intraabdominalen Blutung
auftreten, sollte ein Lebertumor in die differentialdiagnostischen Überlegungen einbezogen und ggf.
Testosteron-Depot GALEN 250 mg sollte bei Kindern und Frauen wegen der androgenen Wirkungen nicht oder nur unter strenger Abwägung des Nutzen-Risiko-Verhältnisses angewendet werden. Für
die Langzeitsubstitution bei Hypogonadismus wird 1 Ampulle Testosteron-Depot GALEN 250 mg (entsprechend 250 mg Testosteronenantat) i.m.
Die individuelle Dosierung kann dem klinischen Bild und den gemessenen Testosteronserumspiegel entsprechend abgewandelt werden. Empfohlen wird eine Dosierung
von 2 Ampullen Testosteron-Depot GALEN 250 mg (entsprechend 500 mg Testosteronenantat) i.m.
Das Schmerzmittel hat nur eine relativ kurze Wirkdauer von zwei bis vier Stunden. Deshalb werden oft Tabletten mit verzögerter Wirkstofffreisetzung ("retardiert")
gegeben. Sie ermöglichen eine konstante Wirkstoffabgabe und damit
eine langanhaltende Schmerzlinderung. Die Wirkung dieser Retard-Tabletten tritt erst nach
ungefähr drei Stunden ein, hält dann aber fast einen ganzen Tag an.
Durch Cimetidin (Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Magengeschwüren) und andere den Leberstoffwechsel belastende Arzneimittel können durch Hemmung
des Abbaus erhöhte Konzentrationen von Morphin auftreten. Die gleichzeitige Anwendung von Morphin und Beruhigungsmitteln wie Benzodiazepine oder verwandte Arzneimittel erhöht das
Risiko für Schläfrigkeit, Atembeschwerden (Atemdepression),
Koma und kann lebensbedrohlich sein. Es könnte hilfreich sein, Freunde oder Verwandte darüber zu informieren, bei Ihnen auf
